I know that it is a clean install but what is causing the dpc latency to rise? The memory is set to “auto” and running at mhz unganged mode and works OK, but the ram is rated at mhz and the motherboard supports it in the BIOS 5. Can you tell us what you are using and how it is set up? Have you checked to see what sampling rate you are using?
